My first OREGON COUNTRY FAIR--so fun

We took the free bus from Eugene to the
OREGON COUNTRY FAIR.
It was so easy and we arrived just as the fair was kicking off.
It was a hot day, no clouds, but plenty of shade in
the forest where most of the fun takes place.

We were feeling the groove.

The signs don't really help. There are too many
nooks and crannies to get lost in here!

Some of the street musicians.

Mom's old college friend Tim was working at the fair.

Cool mirrors.

One of the many parades.
There are lots of stilt walkers in costume.

Very GREEN parade.
Dragon!

One of many little meals.
The food here is amazing.

A quiet spot to nap or play.
Mermaid spitting water.

OM!

Forest art.

Just in case you get "lost".

Lots of little stages to see musicians play.
This was a Hawaiian-Reggae band.

Free child care (and face painting) while you cruise around
Energy Park to look at all the sustainable ways to live!

Superman cape & Tie-Dye.

Another parade.
Tie-Dye underwear band.

Creatures on stilts.

I was a little cranky at the beginning of the fair
because I stayed up until 11 pm the night before.
But after I bought this superman cape I was a happy boy.

At the end of the fair the streets are so peaceful.

At the drum tower. End of the day and a tired boy.

Lots of skin showing.

Bam Bam dancing to the drums with a bone in hand.

OCF atmosphere.
